Return Window You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligible Items Most unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and in original packaging. Swimwear must include the hygiene liner intact (if applicable) and show no signs of wear for hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (marked as such).
- Swimwear/bottoms worn without hygiene protection (due to health regulations).
- Personalized/custom items.
- Accessories (e.g., hats, towels) if used.
Return Process
- Email info@kylemavina.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll provide a return label (US customers) or instructions (international).
- Ship back within 14 days of approval (return shipping paid by customer unless defective/damaged).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process refund/exchange.
Refunds
- Issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Free if within policy (subject to availability).
Defective/Damaged Items Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and issue refund/replacement.
